We can manufacture it according to your preferences, with sheath outer diameter, sheath length, and lead length starting from one piece. The lead wire material is either glass wool coated or vinyl coated. Sheath thermocouples are commonly used temperature sensors. Sheath outer diameters are φ1.0, 1.6, 3.2, 4.8, 6.4, and 8.0 mm. The minimum sheath length is 100 mm, and the minimum lead length is also 100 mm. The standard sheath material is SUS316. The standard thermocouple type is type K. The operating temperature ranges from 600°C to 1050°C, depending on the sheath thickness and material. For thermocouple types other than type K, please inquire.
