River facility sluice gate rack-type opening and closing mechanism contributes to reduced maintenance, space-saving, and cost reduction.
Easy Operation There is no need to switch between electric and manual modes. By eliminating the switching device, the interlock circuit that was previously necessary is also no longer required. Contributes to Energy Savings The main reduction gear uses a helical gear system similar to conventional types, ensuring high efficiency with no wasted energy. Comprehensive Safety Devices The following safety devices are included: - Overload detection device that operates in both electric and manual modes - Upper and lower limit devices - Emergency upper limit detection device - 1m rack rod cover Additionally, it features a mechanical self-locking mechanism with a mechanical brake, enhancing absolute safety. Equipped with Self-Weight Descending Function With just lever operation, the door can descend under its own weight without using driving power. Remote operation is also possible (optional). Rich Features We offer a wide range of models: electric single-action types from 20 to 125 kN (8 models) and electric linked types from 30 to 1000 kN (16 types). (Models over 315 kN come with a lubrication device.)

Company information
Established in November 1950, we inherited the business of the former Special Gear Manufacturing Co., which had been active in the industry as a reducer manufacturer since the early Showa period, to manufacture various types of reducers and paddle wheel ash removal devices. Since our establishment, thanks to the support of our customers, our business has steadily developed, completing several capital increases. In May 1973, we built a new factory in Shin-go, Hyogo Prefecture (now Tanba City), enhancing our production system in the reducer division while also developing unique new products in the labor-saving machinery division. In recent years, we have been manufacturing various drive devices for water treatment, aqua aerators, as well as various reducers and small opening and closing devices for gates in rivers and dams, continuing to this day.
