Lead screw suitable for fast-forward mechanism.
The Change Nut DCMA type/DCMB type is a change nut with a lead angle of 45° that is not easily obtained through machining. It can efficiently convert linear motion to rotary motion and rotary motion to linear motion at a rate of 70%, and due to its large lead, it is ideal for creating fast feed mechanisms at low rotational speeds. The multi-start screw shafts that are combined with the change nut are formed through cold forging. The surface hardness of the tooth profile is processed to over 250HV, and with a mirror finish, the movement combined with the change nut is extremely smooth and has excellent wear resistance. Additionally, the DCMA40 type and DCMB40 type or higher are combined with cutting screw shafts. The miniature change nut is molded from oil-impregnated plastic, which provides wear resistance and particularly excellent lubrication performance without oil. Moreover, it can maintain this performance for a long time, making it possible to be maintenance-free. For more details, please contact us.

basic information
**Features** ○ Improved Wear Resistance → The tooth profile of the shaft is formed by cold rolling, resulting in a surface that is work-hardened to over 250HV and has a smooth mirror finish, providing excellent wear resistance. The movement due to the combination of change nuts is also extremely smooth. ○ Enhanced Mechanical Properties → The internal structure of the tooth surface of the rolled shaft exhibits fiber flow along the contour of the tooth profile, resulting in a very dense structure at the root of the tooth, which increases fatigue strength. ○ Additional Processing of Shaft End Support → For the rolled shaft, additional processing such as turning and milling of the support bearing at the shaft end can be easily performed. ● For more details, please contact us.
