This is a custom plate nut made of S45C with an outer diameter of 60 mm square, an inner diameter of 27 mm, and a plate thickness of t6.0. The outer diameter corners are rounded and processed in one step using a press.
This is a custom-made plate nut with an outer diameter of 60 mm square, an inner diameter of 27 mm, and a plate thickness of t6.0 mm. The outer diameter has a corner radius and is processed in one step using pressing. The t6.0 slit coil is processed in two rows. There is also a processing record from slit coils for t9.0. After tapping the inner diameter and undergoing plating treatment, it becomes a finished product. Since it is compounded, it has excellent flatness even without a flat pressing process. Our company primarily procures special steels such as C45C, as well as ordinary steels like S55C, SK materials, SCM materials, SS materials, SPHC, and SPC. We also support the issuance of mill sheets and procurement from materials.
