Setra's model 206/207 series industrial pressure sensors are among the most robust and reliable sensors currently available. Their reliability and technical excellence have been proven through extensive field use and rigorous application testing. While most pressure sensors may appear similar in specifications and quick bench test analyses, the differences in the 206/207 series become evident in actual application use, where they clearly outperform others. Setra's robust capacitive sensor design is resistant to environmental influences such as shock, vibration, temperature, and EMI/RFI. Additionally, it meets NEMA-4 and IP65 environmental protection standards. Long-term stability is excellent at 0.5% FS/year, and they are built to be durable. The pressure measurement range can be selected from 13 different pressure ranges, from 0 to 160 kPa up to 70 MPa.

To achieve this performance, Setra's engineers combined a simple, highly accurate, and reproducible stainless steel capacitive sensor with a custom ASIC-based circuit. This high-level sensor output system is packaged in a versatile welded stainless steel housing to accommodate various options such as pressure fittings and electrical connectors. All 206/207 sensors are calibrated with product-specific work cells and shipped with high-quality standards. Output signals, electrical connections, and pressure connections are available in various options.
