The rock wool non-combustible material, insulation, and sound-absorbing material "Roxeram Belt" is suitable for construction, heat resistance, and compression strength, making it ideal for curved surfaces. It complies with JIS A 9504 artificial mineral fiber insulation material and JIS A 6301 sound-absorbing material. It is used for insulation and heat retention in air conditioning systems (ducts, pipes, bends), plant piping insulation, insulation in apartment buildings, and insulation for range exhaust ducts. We offer "cold mesh adhesive," which is a thin cotton fabric with a coarse plain weave that has been glued, and "aluminum glass cloth adhesive," which combines 20μm aluminum foil with JISR3414 (glass cloth) EP11E. Rock wool significantly contributes to energy conservation and the improvement of fire resistance and thermal insulation performance due to its excellent heat resistance and insulation properties. Additionally, our manufacturing process reuses blast furnace slag, a byproduct of steelmaking, at high temperatures, producing products with only half the energy of conventional processes.
