Bench utilizing domestic timber 【Wooden Bench】

The feature for November is "Botanical Gardens." Botanical gardens are places of relaxation for people to enjoy green spaces filled with flowers and trees. The planters that adorn the flowers in the botanical garden and the benches in the resting areas harmonize with natural materials like wood. This month, we will introduce examples of our wooden facilities delivered to botanical gardens. This week, we will feature Makino Botanical Garden (Kochi Prefecture).

The June feature is "National Parks," and we have added three case studies of our projects. The Ministry of the Environment is promoting the "National Park Enjoyment Project." This initiative aims to make Japan's national parks attractive destinations for global travelers, encouraging them to visit and stay long-term, based on the "Tourism Vision Supporting Tomorrow's Japan," with a target set for 2020. This time, we will introduce various examples of facilities centered around decks that allow visitors to enjoy the beautiful nature and views of the national parks.
