Slip-resistant Tomatter No.1 is an odorless mixed acid, a special non-combustible aqueous solution that does not use petroleum. Slip-resistant Tomatter No.1 chemically reacts with the glassy substance (silica) contained in tiles and stones (hereinafter referred to as "tiles, etc."), and when applied, it dissolves the glassy surface of tiles, etc., creating numerous tiny and diverse grooves on the surface of the tiles, etc. The numerous grooves formed by Slip-resistant Tomatter No.1 create unevenness on the surface of the tiles, etc. (which is usually not visible to the naked eye), preventing a continuous film of water when wet and transforming it into a slip-resistant surface structure.
