Curl Correction Slit Cut Sheet Processing We correct curled roll films by applying heat and process them into flat sheets of the desired size inline. Defect Removal We remove only the defective parts detected by sensors and visual inspection from the roll and process them into sheets. Slit Cut Processing We perform sheet cutting in both the flow direction and width direction with a cutting surface finish that prevents snagging during picking from roll films (resulting in minimal waste and high dimensional accuracy). We can also perform backing paper application, perforation processing, and powder processing inline. Die Cutting We carry out processing using the optimal method according to the material's application, including press processing, flat plate punching, and clicker processing. We have equipped ourselves with unique processing machines that are not available from other companies, such as slitters and laminating machines.
