Notable items include Hanson bricks for exterior walls, WeatherMate Plus waterproof paper, cellulose insulation, custom kitchen cabinets, solid flooring, entrance doors, and Kichler lighting fixtures. The buildings are based on the following standard specifications: ◆ Flexible floor plan (plans presented based on customer interviews) ◆ Two-by-four structure ◆ Waterproof paper that repels rainwater from the outside and allows moisture permeability from the inside ◆ High moisture absorption and insulation performance cellulose fiber insulation ◆ Drywall interior wall substrate with bullnose finish at corners ◆ Water-based acrylic paint finish by PARA ◆ Solid flooring materials (pine, oak, etc.) ◆ Kitchen cabinets with layout plans allowing material selection ◆ Imported windows (vinyl frames or wood fiber-clad) ◆ Imported entrance doors (fiber-clad or wooden) ◆ Asphalt shingles for roofing materials As needed, we also import brick, siding, and garage shutters as exterior wall materials.
