Homemade house building is about communication and passion. Based in Nisshin, near Nagoya City, we are the only builder capable of realizing three things that others cannot: ultra-durable "brick exterior walls," safe Western-style "drywall" interiors, and beautiful imported home "designs." We will choose beautiful building materials that consider health, such as solid flooring, imported kitchens, faucets, and lighting fixtures, together with you. Building a home with care and time. This enjoyment cannot be experienced elsewhere. Housing manufacturers that keep labor costs down with short construction periods and make large profits using cheap mass-produced products are not what we aim to be. Business Activities
We are a builder based in Nisshin City, Aichi Prefecture. Our main building materials are imported directly from Canada. We use brick exteriors, cellulose insulation, and drywall for interior walls, finished with PARA PAINTS. Our company is the exclusive importer of PARA. We sell not only the new homes we build but also to other contractors and individuals. With 2,400 colors to choose from, you are sure to find the color you desire. All colors have a subdued sheen, providing a calm and gentle appearance. After receiving your order, we will mix the paint in-house and can accommodate orders in one-gallon increments. Additionally, we handle materials such as base treatments, gypsum putty, and primers to further enhance PARA's color.
