Various Functions 【Slope and Shadow Calculation】Calculates the buildable space considering slope restrictions (roads, neighboring properties, northern side, height) and reverse shadows (shadow regulations) (mesh). Additionally, the "Building Height Check" displays parts of buildings that exceed slope restrictions in red. 【Shadow Calculation Function】Performs various shadow calculations using model data created in ArchiCAD. - Shadow shape diagram calculation - Equal time shadow diagram - Regulation line check - Specific point shadow - Sunshine curve - Specific point list - Magnification table 【Sky Ratio Calculation】Automatically generates calculation areas and points based on various given conditions. It allows switching to different methods with varying handling through parameter settings. Each area is managed within the system, enabling bulk processing from system calculations to area calculations. The calculation results output necessary documents for confirmation applications, such as three-dimensional area calculation diagrams and position confirmation tables, within the worksheet. Additionally, the 【Reverse Sky Ratio Function】 allows checking the allowable range from points where the sky ratio calculation results are out of compliance. 【Other Features】Settings and bulk calculations are possible even with multiple urban planning conditions (zoning, height districts, shadow regulations).
