A veteran dispatcher who knows everything about truck transportation! Capable of accurately predicting required travel times.
We would like to introduce 'e Dispatch Expert,' handled by Kōei System. We have uniquely database-ified the probe data from trucks obtained from onboard terminals. This allows for highly accurate predictions of required time, which is essential for improving vehicle turnover rates and reducing delivery wait times. Additionally, the calculations are extremely fast, enabling stress-free repeated simulations while changing constraints. It boasts excellent operability, allowing for easy editing through drag-and-drop on maps and graphs. 【Features】 ■ A unique system that prevents unnecessary driving and idle waiting ■ High-speed calculations and easy operation ■ Over 200 successful implementations ■ Precisely optimizes the number of vehicles ■ Arrives exactly at the specified time without waiting *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【4 Major Functions】 ■ Easy Creation Support for Delivery Destination Master - Automatically expands (plots) Kanji address data on the map at high speed using a unique address matching function. - Supports old addresses from before municipal mergers for the past 10 years. ■ Route Planning Considering Constraints - A unique automated dispatch logic calculates routes quickly while considering various constraints such as time restrictions from delivery centers and recipients, allowable time windows for delivery time specifications, the number of docks that can be used at once, and the feasibility of using highways. ■ Importing Current Routes - Imports current routes and allows users to check driving times and unloading times on a time-axis graph, verify loading conditions and the possibility of early or late arrivals for each delivery destination on separate graphs, and review the driving route in detail on a map. ■ Speed Table for Trucks - Equipped with a "regional and 24-hour driving speed table" based on actual driving data from onboard terminals. - The average speed data for trucks, excluding passenger cars, across the country has received high praise for its ability to provide accurate arrival predictions close to measured values. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company has specialized in logistics transportation management systems (primarily automated delivery planning systems and operation management systems) for the past 20 years, progressing with the cooperation and support of our users. Thanks to this, our automated delivery planning system has surpassed 100 users, and the number of operational systems has exceeded 400, allowing us to become a top manufacturer in this field. Additionally, the onboard terminals we developed to improve delivery planning accuracy have been recommended by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as part of their EMS (Eco-Drive Management System). Due to positive feedback regarding their effectiveness in reducing traffic accidents, lowering CO2 emissions, and improving transportation quality (temperature management, delivery forecasts), as of the end of 2006, 150 users are operating 4,000 onboard terminals. Moving forward, our company aims to package systems with a focus on transportation safety, environmental improvement, and quality enhancement as a specialized system company in transportation management systems. We plan to actively challenge areas where IT implementation has been considered difficult, and we kindly ask for your continued support and guidance.
