Winner of the 'Logistics Environmental Load Reduction Technology Development Award'! Integrated Delivery Management System
The concept is to implement the PDCA cycle in transportation.
The KOEI System's TMS system considers it important to continuously implement the PDCA cycle through three points: 1. Achieving visibility, 2. Establishing KPI indicators, 3. Improving inefficient areas. Additionally, in the context of IT modernization in logistics, we believe it is crucial to build systems that can flexibly adapt to significant changes in the future and ensure continuity. "Visibility of operational status" will become the most critical keyword in the transportation industry. The integrated transportation management system is KOEI's unique mechanism that realizes the visibility of operations.

basic information
【Features】 ○ The delivery plan is linked with GPS-equipped vehicle terminals. ○ Drivers do not need to operate anything, while operation managers can monitor the truck's movements and delivery status in real-time. ○ If there is a discrepancy between the planned and actual operations, the delivery plan will be adjusted based on operational data to create a more accurate plan. ○ In the transportation industry, the interests of shippers, transport companies, and consignees are often conflicting. In this context, it becomes possible for all three parties to achieve "rational and safe delivery." ○ Safe delivery can lead to reduced transportation costs, resulting in improved management. ○ Rational delivery can contribute to CO2 reduction, leading to environmental improvement. ● For other features and details, please contact us.

Company information
Our company has specialized in logistics transportation management systems (primarily automated delivery planning systems and operation management systems) for the past 20 years, progressing with the cooperation and support of our users. Thanks to this, our automated delivery planning system has surpassed 100 users, and the number of operational systems has exceeded 400, allowing us to become a top manufacturer in this field. Additionally, the onboard terminals we developed to improve delivery planning accuracy have been recommended by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as part of their EMS (Eco-Drive Management System). Due to positive feedback regarding their effectiveness in reducing traffic accidents, lowering CO2 emissions, and improving transportation quality (temperature management, delivery forecasts), as of the end of 2006, 150 users are operating 4,000 onboard terminals. Moving forward, our company aims to package systems with a focus on transportation safety, environmental improvement, and quality enhancement as a specialized system company in transportation management systems. We plan to actively challenge areas where IT implementation has been considered difficult, and we kindly ask for your continued support and guidance.
