Easy operation! And cheap! Manage all data in bulk!
Until now, it has been pointed out that the lifespan of houses in Japan is shorter compared to those in Europe and the United States. However, due to recent changes in the housing industry environment, the trend is shifting from a "flow consumption type" of "building and demolishing houses" to a "stock type" of "building good houses and maintaining them properly for long-term use." We are entering an era where the focus is on "how to maintain the value of the house rather than letting it decrease" compared to the value at the time of construction. What becomes important here is the reliable information regarding the specifications (various specifications and equipment details) with which the target house is designed, the conditions (confirmation of the site situation from construction start to completion) under which it is constructed, and what kind of repairs, maintenance, and renovations have been carried out after handover. This is referred to as "housing history information (Iekarute)" management. The "Sumai no Rakuraku Daichou" is next-generation housing history information (Iekarute) management software developed against this background. Please try the definitive version of housing history information management, "Sumai no Rakuraku Daichou."
