Reduce defect rates with plastic masks that do not produce fiber waste!
In environments dealing with precision equipment such as painting, surface treatment processes, and semiconductors, the defect rate of fiber debris escaping from masks is very high. Although there are masks designed for clean rooms, they are currently insufficient. The reason for wearing masks on-site is often to prevent droplets from the mouth, and the features of 'mascler,' developed for the food service industry, align with the demand for mask usage in the fields of painting, surface treatment processes, and semiconductors, leading to increased attention as one way to reduce defect rates.

Company information
Our company started in 1916 as the first trading company in Japan to import and sell printing gold powder. We have introduced materials that did not previously exist in Japan, such as "cellophane," "aluminum foil," and "hot stamping foil (printing transfer vapor-deposited film)," contributing to the development of the packaging, printing, and electronics industries. Currently, based on these foundations, we offer a wide range of technologies that enhance traditional decoration techniques in the surface treatment field, adding functions such as touch, scratch resistance, and self-healing, as well as "electronic component materials," "decorative materials for metallic paints and inks," and "cold foil." If you have any concerns, please feel free to consult us! We accept all requests for special decoration, special coating, press processing, and resin molding processing!
