Flow immersion method of flow immersion industry
The fluidized immersion method was developed in West Germany in the early 1950s and was introduced to our company in the mid-1950s. The general concept involves placing a porous partition at the bottom of a container filled with fluidized immersion powder, injecting pressurized air from below, and using that pressure to uniformly suspend the powder above the partition (this is called the fluidized bed). By immersing a preheated substrate (the workpiece) in this layer, a beautiful coating with a uniform thickness of over 200μ, free of drips and pinholes, is formed.

Company information
I believe the 21st century is a time when we must be aware of the relationship between each of our daily actions and the Earth's environment. A delicate accumulation of consciousness will protect our irreplaceable planet. Our group has over 40 years of experience in the unknown field of plastic coating. Coating is not merely about protecting the surface of a substrate. It involves adding plastics with properties suited to specific applications, creating a composite that enhances the advantages of the substrate. By considering this optimal combination, we believe it contributes to protecting the precious and limited resources of our Earth. With the upcoming technologies and information, the world will become one. We see this as a significant opportunity to expand our field of activity and wish to make proactive proposals.
