■NETIS CB-040038-A (Publication period ended) ■This is a retaining wall that obtained construction technology examination certification from the Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Civil Engineering Research Center in March 2004. ■Due to its flexible structure, it reduces the stress generated by the slight movement of the retaining wall against soil pressure during an earthquake, thereby suppressing cracking and collapse of the wall. ■The ground reaction force during an earthquake is relatively small, and it demonstrates adaptability to differential settlement of the foundation ground and backfill soil, maintaining the overall safety of the retaining wall. ■The layer of single-sized crushed stone has extremely high drainage capacity, which inevitably stabilizes the backfill soil. ■Since there is almost no work involving rebar, concrete, or formwork at the construction site, significant reductions in construction time and improvements in cost-effectiveness can be achieved. ■The product can be used in a reversed manner, making it easy to construct curves. ■The stepped shape has a three-dimensional aesthetic appeal, and it is possible to consider ecosystem preservation through planting and natural greening using each small step. ■The maximum wall height in construction achievements is 21m.
