Commercially available steel pipes can be used! The surface has metallic properties (surface modification), and it is a lightweight, high-rigidity CFRP/metal composite pipe.
**Main Composite Pipe Shapes Available** (1) Standard products can be made from commercially available "steel and non-ferrous" materials with dimensions and shapes of the surface components. (2) Special shapes can be accommodated through homing, so please consult us separately. (3) Production is possible up to 5 meters. **Overview** We process various shapes according to customer specifications. In particular, for round and square pipes commonly used as structural materials such as trusses, we have a wide variety of molds for shaping and respond quickly to orders. We can also shape into polygons such as triangles and hexagons, as well as elliptical shapes. ● Long CFRP Roller Tubes * Longitudinal elastic modulus: up to 350 GPa * Tube outer diameter is finished with cylindrical grinding to a precision of Φ±0.05mm * Maximum outer diameter Φ350, length 3.5m (longer lengths require joining) ★ For more details, please contact us ★
