Business Activities

We are engaged in the design, development, and manufacturing of electrical and mechanical components and structures for space and radio equipment, medical devices, and general industrial equipment, using advanced composite materials such as carbon fiber reinforced plastics, as well as hybrid structural materials made from general-purpose plastics and metal materials. We procure intermediate materials such as carbon fiber from fiber manufacturers and prepreg suppliers, and based on the customer's structural design, we proceed through the processes of analysis, manufacturing design, molding, machining, and assembly, delivering the final product to the specified delivery location after final inspection. In the case of composite materials, there are often aspects that cannot be confirmed during the final inspection, so we implement 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) management and process management (in-process inspection). Currently, we are limited to domestic sales, but we also provide the creation of "non-applicability judgment documents" for customers' exports.
