This is a vacuum pad suitable for removal from injection molding machines. Schmalz has developed a markless rubber that does not contain silicone, which is a paint-inhibiting substance. It minimizes the occurrence of adhesion marks that can cause problems during painting, as it leaves fewer suction traces. It also has excellent temperature resistance, allowing it to hold workpieces at temperatures of up to 140°C for extended periods.

The HT1 series vacuum pads are suction pads made from markless rubber that does not contain silicone, which is the source of suction marks. Not only does the material not include silicone, but silicone-containing oils are also not used as release agents during pad molding.
