Sankyo Paved Road Co., Ltd. was established in 1953 (Showa 28) as a successor to Nakayama Group Paving Division. Looking back to the era of its predecessor, Nakayama Group Paving Division, it began to make a full-scale entry into the road business by receiving orders for the improvement work of the Bullet Road (National Route 36) in 1952 (Showa 27) and the paving work in front of Takikawa Station in 1953 (Showa 28).
