Next-generation eco-homes that surpass energy-efficient houses, achieving high airtightness and high insulation.
The "O・S・D exterior insulation construction method" is our original method that protects the entire internal structure of the house with insulation materials, stabilizing the indoor thermal environment. Additionally, by replacing windows with resin sashes that have thermal resistance 1,000 times higher than aluminum sashes, we can prevent heat from flowing in and out through the openings (windows) that determine the performance of the house. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

basic information
●External Insulation There are nine types of insulation methods that correspond to insulation techniques for regions III to V, conventional frame construction, and 2×4 construction, as well as types that either include or do not include structural plywood on the inside of the insulation material. This covers almost all regions. ●Plastic Sashes When comparing the heat loss ratio of the typical "aluminum sash + single-pane glass" to 100, the "plastic sash + Low-E double-glazed glass" has a remarkably low value of 35.7%. In other words, it reduces heat loss to about one-third compared to aluminum + single-pane. 【Features】 ○ Installation using urethane board "Achilles" ○ Protects the entire internal structure of the house with insulation material ○ The risk of condensation is lower than conventional methods ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Company information
Our company was founded in 1924 as "Ogura Shoten," dealing in industrial chemicals for rubber compounding. In 1971, we established "Sundine Co., Ltd.," focusing on the sales and installation of waterproof rubber sheets, and have built a solid management foundation in the chemical and construction industries. Subsequently, these elements were merged to create the current "Ogura Sundine Co., Ltd." Since then, we have developed our business primarily in western Japan, operating as a specialized chemical trading company dealing in rubber products and as a provider of building materials that consider residential environments, such as energy conservation. In March 2024, we will celebrate our 100th anniversary and are promoting further business expansion for the next 100 years.
