Pin roller type gravel remover SFR 21, towed gravel remover 700T

☆NETIS Registration☆ This is a towed type gravel removal machine, as opposed to the self-propelled gravel removal machine we introduced. 【Features】 ○ Compared to the conventional stone loader type gravel removal process, which involves four steps: gravel extraction → gravel loading → (gravel transportation) → leveling, the pin roller type gravel removal process consists of two steps: gravel extraction, gravel loading, and leveling + gravel transportation. ○ The construction time for the pin roller type is 0.4 hectares per day, demonstrating four times the capacity. ○ In terms of quality, the vertical movement of the pin roller and operation solely by travel eliminates soil layer mixing, unlike the stirring and separation caused by buckets in stone loaders, and resolves inconsistencies in the excavation surface due to the operator's skill. ○ In terms of the environment, it produces no noise from impact sounds. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.
