AeroPole Sign: Construction Site Specification

Strong against the wind! Usable at highway sites! It is a foldable air-powered large illuminated sign.

We would like to introduce the Aero Pole Sign, specially developed for construction sites. We observed the Aero Pole Sign installed on the road during both daytime and nighttime. Particularly at night, the road was quiet, and large trucks passed by at highway speeds. When viewed up close as a truck passed, the upper part of the Aero Pole Sign was gently shaking in the wind. However, overall, it remained stable and did not tilt. We also gathered various opinions from the site personnel. The sign was designed to reflect their usage and requests. It is built to specifications suitable for construction sites, such as roadwork, and can withstand strong winds outdoors. It seems that other companies' air signs have been used at construction sites in the past. However, due to high costs, they only ended up being implemented on a trial basis. The high cost was primarily due to the weight needed to withstand strong winds. Our product incorporates reused old tires from large trucks in its base, providing the necessary weight performance to endure strong winds. Because it is reused, material costs are lower, resulting in an overall cost that is cheaper than previous products from other companies.
