Hibis Mix® uniformly mixes substances from low viscosity to ultra-high viscosity in a short time. It is an all-purpose stirrer (kneader, mixer) that can handle mixing, kneading, vacuum, heating, cooling, and more. The 2P-03 and 2P-1 models are test machines for research and development and small-scale production. **Features of Hibis Mix®** - It is a mixing and kneading machine with a two-axis planetary system. - It completely homogenizes the material inside the container without dead corners. - It can rapidly process mixtures from low viscosity to ultra-high viscosity of 1,000 Pa·s (1,000,000 cP) under vacuum. **Features of Model 2P-03/2P-1** - The 2P-03 model can mix and knead up to 0.3L, while the 2P-1 model can handle up to 1L. - It employs a feedback system that maintains a constant rotation speed even with load fluctuations. - It features an output meter that directly displays the stirring power applied to the material. - It has a timer operation function. - It is equipped with a data logging system using an SD card. - Rapid heating and cooling are possible with an optional jacketed container.
