A ring die type molding machine that significantly enhances durability and maintainability. ■□■ Features ■□■ ■ The melting heat required for molding utilizes the friction heat (self-heating) between the die and rollers, eliminating the need for external heating devices (heaters) required in "screw-type molding machines," resulting in high efficiency. ■ The two rollers installed in the molding chamber crush waste plastic while pushing it into the die hole, allowing for the production of products that can be air-transported (size φ10mm or smaller). ■ When compared to the production of products of equivalent dimensions, the ring die type has a longer lifespan for consumables and superior running costs. ■ Major consumable parts (die and rollers) are exposed simply by fully opening the front cover of the machine, allowing for safe inspection and replacement without entering the machine.
