The appearance inspection device (RB-101) inspects bottles and PET bottles used as containers for beverages, food, and pharmaceuticals from multiple angles using several cameras, checking for chips, scratches, and other defects. Since it inspects while automatically positioning, it can examine the same area from different viewpoints, and during bottom inspections, it can check up to approximately 10mm of the side rise. The mouth area, which is a key inspection point, undergoes high-precision checks from three directions!
