[Exhaust Odor Control Case Study] Painting Booth in a Paint Factory

We would like to introduce a case study on the deodorizing effect of our deodorant (Yume Shota SH200) as a measure against the exhaust odor from the painting booth in a paint factory.
Although a painting booth has been installed, we received complaints from nearby residents, and a certain manufacturer of painting booths requested a deodorization demonstration test for urgent consideration.
Therefore, we first extended the existing exhaust outlet with an aluminum flexible duct and used a line fan to draw in the odor. At the end of the suction line, we installed a deodorizing spray box (demo unit).
As a result, the odor measurement results were reduced to below the standard value. We promptly received a request to order the Niokix deodorization system, which was then introduced along with the filter box from the aforementioned painting booth manufacturer.
You can find more details in related products and catalogs.
*We are conducting free demonstrations. If you would like to experience the effects firsthand, please feel free to contact us.
