AGC Inc. has started the introduction of "AYUMI Scan" at its Chiba factory!
AYUMI BIONICS Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that our body function measurement tool "AYUMI Scan" has been introduced at the AGC Chiba Plant. The purpose of this tool's introduction is to enable employees to regularly measure their own body functions, leading to an awareness and prevention of fall risks.
Background of the Introduction: Increasing Fall Accidents and the Importance of Health Management
Under the motto of "Human Resources AGC," AGC is committed to improving the safety of the working environment, and its health management initiatives have been recognized. While accidents such as chemical burns are on the decline, the aging of employees has led to an increase in fall accidents, which has become a challenge.
As a new measure to help employees recognize changes in their body functions and reduce fall risks, the introduction of "AYUMI Scan" has been decided at the AGC Chiba Plant.
Overview and Implementation
Starting in 2024, the AGC Chiba Plant will begin body function measurements using "AYUMI Scan," initially targeting employees in indirect departments. In the future, it will be expanded to the manufacturing department, creating an environment where all employees can understand their own physical condition.
