AYUMI BIONICS Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that "AYUMI Scan" has been implemented at Skylark Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Skylark HD"). By utilizing this tool, we aim to strengthen the assessment and prevention of fall risks, particularly for middle-aged and older employees, and to realize a safer workplace environment. Skylark HD has introduced a system that allows for the re-employment of employees as "Veterans" until the age of 75, even after the retirement age of 65, promoting an environment where older employees can thrive for a longer period. As part of this initiative, they have been working to raise awareness of physical fitness to prevent fall accidents caused by the decline in physical functions associated with aging. However, with many employees working late at night or early in the morning, the processes of measurement, aggregation, and reporting of results have become burdensome for the field, leading to a demand for a simpler physical fitness measurement method. Against this backdrop, Skylark HD decided to implement "AYUMI Scan" after comparing various tools. The data on muscle strength, balance, and flexibility measured by "AYUMI Scan" will be managed in the cloud and utilized for risk assessments at the individual, departmental, and line levels.
