**Electrification of Thermal Equipment** In an uncertain future for energy supply, we are responding to high-efficiency electrification based on proven thermal equipment (combustion furnaces) to offer multiple options to our customers as an industrial furnace manufacturer. The electric hot air generator (AH-E) can replace our gas combustion type without significant changes to the equipment layout, allowing for electrification. **Hybrid Heating of Electric and Combustion Types** We have numerous achievements not only in fully electrifying thermal equipment but also in hybrid heating that combines the advantages of combustion types. We address challenges such as "securing green power, reducing costs, and ensuring power capacity" through hybrid solutions with combustion types. In addition to improving the efficiency of electric systems, energy-saving systems that utilize waste heat for gas burners are also possible. By incorporating hydrogen gas burners, we achieve carbon neutrality! **We Conduct Practical Verification Tests** We conduct various heating tests at the newly established "Thermal Technology Research Institute" within the Horyuji Center. Among these, the "QCO Test Facility" allows for heating tests with four different heat sources! By exchanging burner parts, you can switch between fuel gases (hydrogen/LNG (natural gas)/LPG), allowing for adaptability to trends in gas supply. Additionally, the furnace structure has a high oxide suppression effect, so you can confirm this effect in actual operation.
