Waste Biomass Boiler

Using waste plastics and food scraps from factories as fuel! A stepping stone towards achieving zero emissions and a decarbonized society!

The "waste plastic, food waste, and biomass boiler" generates energy by reusing waste. By reducing fossil fuels and waste disposal costs, as well as co-firing with plant-based materials such as wood fuel and coffee grounds, it is possible to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. 【Features】 ■ Converts waste such as food scraps and waste plastics from factories into fuel. <Examples> Waste plastics (including RPF, RDF), animal and plant residues, tea leaves, coffee grounds, spent mushroom substrate, sludge, rice husks, etc. ■ Can be utilized for heat as steam (small flow-through boiler, normal pressure: about 0.8 MPa, equivalent evaporation amount: about 500–1000 kg/h) or hot water (hot water boiler, approximately 500 kW). ■ We propose a resource-circulating thermal utilization system that includes not only the boiler but also the pre-treatment processes (crushing, molding, drying, etc.) for converting waste into fuel. The introduction of the boiler begins with examining the characteristics of the waste, whether pre-treatment is necessary, and whether combustion is non-hazardous. You can rely on Tomoe Shokai for everything from waste examination to combustion testing and actual machine installation. *For more details, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us!

Starting from January 2026, we are pleased to announce that by linking the measurement data collected on the "Fieldroid Cloud" with the BIM/CIM cloud "KOLC+" provided by Cork Inc., it has become possible to centrally display measurement data summaries on the digital twin. (Examples) Measurement of various environmental data using Cloud Logger LTE Forecasting wind speed, rainfall, and heat index using Signroid 2 Temperature and humidity measurement during concrete curing using Ondroid Slope monitoring using Guraloid Displacement measurement using the shape displacement measurement system "G-Gauge" The data measured by the above services is sent to the cloud, enabling graph displays and alert email notifications. With the implementation of the data linkage function, it is now possible to visualize the latest measurement data from the Fieldroid Cloud on the digital twin constructed in "KOLC+". For more details, please check the content on the linked page.

"Should we also keep the data from other companies that were not selected in competitive quotations?" Have you ever wondered about these questions? The Electronic Bookkeeping Act strictly demands the "authenticity" of data, but saving all processes is a significant burden for the field. This time, we will clearly explain the boundaries of the preservation obligation in a case study format, incorporating interpretations from the latest National Tax Agency Q&A. *You can read the full text from the note in the "Related Links." [Contents of this article] 1. The boundary of the preservation obligation lies in "sending to external parties." Items sent externally are "generally required to be preserved." Items that have not been sent externally have "no preservation obligation." 2. Judgment from the sending side: "Is it linked to a transaction?" 3. Judgment from the receiving side: "The perspective of the 'Corporate Tax Act' is important." ■ Note! "Version revisions" and "corrections/deletions" are different things. ■ A smart way to ensure reliable "version management." ■ Summary.
