[Free] "Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Formulation" Seminar for Beginners

There are various threats and disasters in the environment surrounding us. Earthquakes, wind and water disasters, infectious diseases, cyber attacks related to IT, disruptions in the supply chain...
Some of these threats can be anticipated, but most occur suddenly. In your company, when the above threats or disasters occur, can you respond quickly without interrupting your business? If you think, "Our company will be just fine!" or "There's no point in developing a BCP!"—what is the basis for that belief?
Is it because the leadership of the top management is excellent and will protect the company in case of any issues? Do you have a vague feeling that your company will be okay? Are you sufficiently prepared with disaster preparedness supplies and other measures to handle problems without issue? Is that really sufficient?
It can be imagined that companies that went bankrupt or experienced a decline in sales due to past threats and disasters thought the same way. What you need now is to have a 'correct sense of crisis.'
The business continuity plan (BCP) that I will discuss today is useful not only in emergencies but also for improving operations during normal times. If you are interested, please join us.
