We would like to introduce a case study of our proposed approach to problem-solving. Company C was experiencing discrepancies in inventory counts during their stocktaking, which occurred 3 to 4 times a year, leading to time-consuming processes. [Challenge] During stocktaking 3 to 4 times a year, the counts did not match each time, resulting in lengthy operations. [Approach] We provided guidance for two months on establishing business flows, as well as thorough management of Company C's inbound and outbound data and daily numerical management within the warehouse management company.
