Since starting my own business in 1982, I have developed and manufactured various precision measuring instruments, including automatic viscometers, quantitative dispensing devices, fluorescent sensors, serum measurement devices, small tensile testing machines, and stretching machines. I have also established a rapid response system for high-difficulty special development requests from major chemical manufacturers and national university research institutions. While there are also requests for mass production and consumer-oriented manufacturing, I am dedicated to developing and producing products that can only be made by our company. Of course, I strive to adapt to various environmental changes and continuously pursue self-improvement in cutting-edge science and technology.
Business Activities
We develop and manufacture various devices including resin curing shrinkage stress/shrinkage rate measurement devices, UV LED irradiators, UV curing sensors, and surface modification sensors, as well as B-type (AV type) rotational viscometers, capillary automatic viscometers, and stretching machines. We have various demonstration units available, so demonstrations and rentals are possible. We also accommodate various custom orders and modifications. Newly developed products: - Resin curing shrinkage stress/shrinkage rate measurement device - UV-LED irradiator (UV LED surface irradiation module) - UV curing sensor (device for confirming and determining the degree of UV curing resin curing) - Surface modification sensor (device for determining the presence or absence of surface modification)
