This is a custom-made case of a stainless steel pressure vessel used in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients, combined with a filtration device owned by the customer, delivered to a pharmaceutical manufacturer. Due to the high hygiene grade required for the process, an order was placed to switch from existing resin tanks to stainless steel tanks. The contents of the tank are pressurized and filtered, then filled into a separate receiving tank. By raising the lifter to create a height difference with the receiving tank, the time required for filling can be reduced. The customer requested a stirring tank with acid resistance, and after considering various materials, they decided on nickel alloy. When not using the stirrer, a PTFE cover is placed over the cut-out section to prevent foreign matter contamination. The gasket is made of PTFE, which has excellent chemical resistance. After buff polishing, electro-polishing is applied to remove surface contaminants such as buff powder and oil, improving cleanliness by creating a smooth surface. [Case Study] Water Tank for Purified Water Supply

Install a vent pipe on the lid! This water supply and shut-off mechanism is also used in toilet tanks and similar applications.

This is a custom-made case of a tapered stainless steel container used for the storage and supply of purified water delivered to a pharmaceutical manufacturer. The ball tap is equipped with a float ball, which lowers when the water in the tank decreases, automatically starting the water supply. When the water supply is activated, the float ball rises and stops the water supply at approximately 100 liters. [Case Study] Nickel Alloy Flanged Open Pressure Vessel

This is a custom-made pressure vessel made of nickel alloy, emphasizing acid resistance, delivered to a pharmaceutical manufacturer instead of stainless steel. There was a request for a container that could withstand the use of hydrochloric acid for liquid preparation and pumping, so we manufactured a pressure vessel. It is difficult to prevent corrosion from hydrochloric acid using standard stainless steel such as SUS304. Therefore, based on our flange-open pressurized vessel with legs "PCN-O-L-30," we made the contact parts from nickel alloy. When there is a need to heat the inside of the container with warm water while stirring, it is common to propose a combined stirring and temperature control unit like the "HU" heater unit. However, in this product, a separate type has been adopted. The temperature control unit is mounted on a cart, making it easy to move to the required process. Although it incurs higher costs compared to an integrated stirring and temperature control container, it can lead to reduced equipment costs in the long run. This is a custom case of a lid for a stirring tank used for culture liquid (water + powder) supplied to a pharmaceutical manufacturer. The customer used a standard tapered container and a standard sealed lid as an accessory. However, since there was no opening in the lid, it was necessary to open the lid every time a submersible heater or stirrer was used, which made work difficult. Therefore, a specification for an easy-to-clean opening and closing lid was adopted. This design suppresses the scattering of powder when adding it, allowing the stirrer and submersible heater to be used without having to keep the lid open.
