Using data from our production management system (SmartProcess series) and BI tools, we have constructed a factory dashboard. We will introduce an example of a "andon system" that was built. We connected die-casting machines (production equipment) to the internal network (IoT), directly obtained production information from the equipment, stored it in a database, and displayed the operating status on large monitors installed at the site for multiple machines.
