Information is entered from a CSV file, from the master, through manual input each time, or by copying past information for parts that consist of a single product number. In cases where the product number differs each time, such as for prototypes, direct input can be done without master registration, allowing for a smooth start.

Using methods such as specifying from the master, using templates, copying from past records, or entering data as needed, input the processing steps for the components, evaluation times, and equipment used. If there is information in the master for the drawings, videos, photos, and procedure manuals for each component, it can be confirmed on the screen while checking.

By using barcodes to input actions such as start, pause, and completion in response to production instructions, the progress status of each part's process can be viewed. By displaying each status in different colors, it allows for a visual confirmation of how far along the process is.

You can change the schedule (rescheduling) using mouse operations based on the planned schedule in the production instructions while monitoring the load conditions of the processes and equipment. Since the load conditions for each process and equipment are visible, you can allocate tasks to areas with less load, enabling work leveling.

Since the planned and actual man-hours are visible in a graph by production number unit, the progress rate of costs against the planned man-hours can be checked in real-time. The breakdown of costs can also be confirmed down to each component and process through drill-down analysis.
