Orders and internal notification information can be entered or imported from EDI data. In the case of shipments using a kanban system, you can continuously enter the delivery date and quantity for a single item number.

Based on the confirmed and internal notification information regarding the shipping date and quantity, we can indicate on the calendar how many days of shipping can be allocated when finished goods and work-in-progress are reserved, and highlight in red where it turns negative. This allows us to check the priority of whether to issue additional instructions or to expedite the production of work-in-progress.

We will manage the progress of the process and the delivery deadlines for each process by looking at the actual production results and the results of the incoming acceptance process against the production instructions and outsourcing arrangements. By color-coding the various statuses such as partial delivery, complete delivery, and delays, it becomes visually easier to identify which delays are present.
