The "Automatic Hole Drilling Device" is a system developed for quickly and accurately performing the task of reusing old sewer pipes by inserting a resin pipe inside the main pipe. Using a caterpillar-like mechanism that allows the body to extend and contract while moving forward, it can easily navigate sloped sections. The "Variable Axis Device" is a machine that produces the required bent hoses by moving the mold's nozzle in both the flow direction and the perpendicular direction as it is extruded from the extruder. In conventional manufacturing methods, a core was necessary, but this device eliminates the need for it, allowing for the production of bent hoses simply by changing the mold, from small diameters to large diameters. Additionally, the combination of a servo motor and NDS provides high repeatability accuracy. The "IKA Brush" is a device installed on the rear bogie of maintenance vehicles (such as BR) that cleans mud and dust from the rail surface using a rotating brush. By tilting the brush, it can clean two areas—the top surface and the side surface of the rail—using a single brush. The special brush allows for the supply of cleaning water to the brush tip, enabling concentrated washing of the rail surface. Additionally, by using air blow from behind the brush to blow away the cleaning water, it prevents the reattachment of dirt. This product is a prototype development of a three-dimensional seismic isolation device that not only incorporates conventional seismic isolation mechanisms but also supports vertical seismic isolation. Equipped with newly developed support mechanisms for both horizontal and vertical directions, it significantly reduces seismic motion compared to conventional devices.
