We have started selling the respiratory protective equipment "Lifesaver" (National Certification No. TP98) with an electric fan as a measure against arc welding fumes. This protective gear uses an "electric fan" and "filter material" to remove harmful dust, supplying clean air to the wearer through a filter with a particle capture efficiency of over 95%, making it difficult for external dust to enter and providing high protection performance. Additionally, due to its loose fit design, there is no need to conduct a fit test.

Previously sold assembly-type safety fences had gaps between the fences, allowing water and other substances to enter, making it impossible to clean, and thus could not be used in the food and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries due to the risk of bacterial proliferation. ■Safe Restart Prevention Function The SRD System detects when an operator is in a hazardous area and prevents the machine from restarting, eliminating the need for the operator to verify whether the area is safe before restarting the machine. ■Functions in Environments Where Optical and Laser Sensors Are Difficult to Use Optical devices often fail due to dust, smoke, water, or waste generated during manufacturing processes. The SRD System is less affected by environmental factors such as smoke, dust, chips, and splashes from machining waste. ■The SRD System can be configured with an ISC-B01 (bus control unit) and up to 6 LBK-S01 (sensors). The maximum monitoring distance is 4m, and the detection zone can be changed in real-time, with remote settings possible via software. ■Programmable Mute Function You can configure a sensor group and programmatically disable the functions of the sensors in that group. Depending on production needs, operators can deactivate and access hazardous areas. Perfect alignment adjustment between sensors is not required.

These are not general training courses; instead, we offer customized training sessions where we work together at your site to perform risk assessments, identify and specify hazards, and consider essential safety measures for machines and equipment from a machine safety perspective. ● As press processing operators are legally required to conduct training and retain records for three years, we will issue certificates. ⁂ Special training is mandated by law.
