We will visit your workplace to conduct various educational courses on machine safety. These are not general training courses; instead, we offer customized training sessions where we work together at your site to perform risk assessments, identify and specify hazards, and consider essential safety measures for machines and equipment from a machine safety perspective. ● As press processing operators are legally required to conduct training and retain records for three years, we will issue certificates. ⁂ Special training is mandated by law. Violations may result in penalties such as imprisonment or fines. ● Companies that have participated in our courses to date include: - Major electronics manufacturers - Chemical manufacturers - Building materials manufacturers - Optical equipment manufacturers - Metal processing and manufacturing industries and more than 100 other companies and factories. ● Risk Assessment We also provide safety consulting services to conduct specific risk assessments, including the identification and specification of hazards, by visiting your workplace. Basic Course Content This is the first revision in over 33 years, incorporating aspects such as alignment with international standards. It addresses the amendments to the power press machine structural standards effective July 1, 2011, as well as the safety device structural standards for press machines and shears, aiming to enhance safety through improved structures, expanded protective ranges for light-type safety devices, enhanced detection capabilities, PSDI, and new safety devices such as laser-type safety devices for press brakes, all of which will be explained in the course.
