Prevent access to dangerous areas with radar! It functions even in environments where optical sensors and laser sensors are difficult to use.
It monitors dangerous areas at work sites, aiming to detect and protect people. It is a safety system based on radar technology that monitors and prevents access to hazardous areas of machinery. It functions even in environments where optical sensors and laser sensors are difficult to use. It reduces false alarms in environmental conditions such as dust, smoke, water, or those generated during manufacturing processes, thereby improving productivity. [The product name has been changed to SRD. The old product name was LBK.]

basic information
Access Protection: Prevents access to dangerous areas and switches to a safe state when an operator enters. Restart Prevention: Prevents unexpected machine start-up or restart as long as the operator is in a dangerous area. Collision Prevention: For moving machinery, it stops to protect the operator, prevent collisions with other machines, and avoid collisions with overhead structures or suspended loads. Muting Function: Sensors can be set up in groups (1 to 6 sensors can be configured per group) and can be individually muted via safety inputs. Four sensors belong to a group that is muted during normal machine operation and are used only for restart prevention, while sensors 1 and 2 monitor access and avoid restarts. Environmental Adaptability: Functions effectively even in environments where light sensors or laser sensors are difficult to use. It reduces false alarms in conditions such as dust, smoke, water, or those generated during manufacturing processes, thereby improving productivity.
