The "GC-240/240L" is a gondola device that can be raised and lowered using the boom of a bridge inspection vehicle as the suspension point. In the lowest position of the boom, access is possible from the vehicle's mounting surface to a depth of 100m (GC-240L). The gondola vehicle "GC-240" is equipped with a gondola that has a lifting function, allowing for a maximum descent of 65 meters and facilitating close visual inspections on bridge pier surfaces. In addition to inspecting the underside of bridge girders, inspection and repair work can also be performed on bridge pier surfaces. Furthermore, it allows access from above to areas that are difficult to reach with high-altitude work vehicles, such as river sections and slopes. This contributes to improved efficiency and safety in bridge maintenance.
