The "Blade Maintenance Gondola" is available in two types: Standard and Full Surround. By pushing out the guide rollers, it approaches the blades, presses against the tower, and minimizes the effects of wind during ascent and descent. The lift uses our self-developed BISOMAC210, allowing for powerful and safe elevation. The "Wind Turbine Tower Lift (for 2 people)" is a tower lift that combines stability, functionality, and safety. It can be installed using a wire rope system regardless of the shape of the wind turbine. It is suitable not only for new constructions but also for retrofitting existing wind turbines. The lift is powered by our self-developed gondola-specific winch, the Endless Winder BISOMAC210, ensuring safe ascents and descents. Overhauls and maintenance can be performed quickly. The "Wind Turbine Tower Elevator (for one person)" is an elevator that can be installed in the existing ladders of any wind turbine using a wire rope system. It can be installed not only during new construction but also as an after-installation for existing wind turbines. Overhauls and maintenance are also quick and efficient. Equipped with the self-developed gondola-specific winch, the Endless Winder BISOMAC206, it ensures stable and safe ascent and descent at all times. Additionally, it features an automatic return function that allows for ascent and descent in an unmanned state, enabling two-person work inside the nacelle through piston transport. The "Elevator Installation Gondola" covers all concerns related to elevator construction. It can accommodate large shafts through cage connections and can be extended and contracted in all directions to fit the size and shape of the shaft. With an automatic leveling function, it maintains the cage level even during high-speed operation. Equipped with our self-developed gondola-specific hoist, BISOMAC210, it achieves a lifting capacity of up to 800 kg and a maximum speed of 26 m/min. Overhauls are also conducted swiftly, generally within 15 days.
