Our company was founded by Endo, who is still serving as the representative, just 17 days before the Great Hanshin Earthquake, in a room of his home. Initially, it was established out of a very ordinary motivation to see how far the dbMAGIC technology he possessed could be applied in the world and how much revenue it could generate. However, as the IT industry became increasingly complex and diversified, he realized that the services he could provide alone were limited. Therefore, starting in 2000, he began to consider expanding the business to seek a wider range of human resources and enhance customer satisfaction. In December 2002, the company transitioned from a limited liability company to a corporation, and from the fiscal year 2004, it initiated the establishment of an employee stock ownership plan, the recruitment of external shareholders, and capital partnerships. Now, everyone has become a shareholder, sharing a sense of management, which has led to the continuous planning and promotion of new projects.
