**Lecture Content** "Characteristics of Soil Engineering and Troublesome Issues Anticipated in Design and Construction" (Scheduled Time: 15:00–16:00, 60 minutes) In our disaster-prone country, soil engineering, particularly embankments, has led to large-scale ground disasters due to earthquakes and heavy rainfall, resulting in significant damage.
