The food company was troubled by odors entering the clean room where product analysis and testing were conducted from the adjacent work process. We proposed the "Photocatalytic Deodorization System" from Renatec, which has minimal pressure loss and a very high deodorization speed. In a case with a pharmaceutical company, a filter-integrated gasket incorporated into a rubber-lined tank was damaged, leading to the costly resin material flowing out of the tank, which required urgent response. Considering their dissatisfaction with the airtightness, we proposed to review the structure and manufacture it after redesigning. As a result, we were able to complete the replacement work for the affected tower in about a month after the consultation. Not only did we shorten the delivery time, but our safety management system for the construction was also appreciated, leading to the request for the replacement work of all remaining towers. After acid washing and rinsing the printed circuit boards, the workpieces are passed through rolls arranged vertically for water removal. Before complete drying with hot air, it is necessary to remove as much moisture as possible to shorten drying time and reduce heater operating costs. We have been using general PVA sponge rolls, but we have been struggling with low moisture removal rates and hardening during drying. Issues: 1. We want rolls that can maintain a high water absorption rate stably. 2. The currently used PVA rolls become hard after drying, raising concerns about damaging the workpieces.

The mold for the container accidentally trapped a nut during pressing, which created unevenness on the surface of the mold, rendering it unusable. Since disposing of it and purchasing a new one is a very expensive option, we would like to explore the possibility of repairing and reusing it. The new mold is very expensive (several million yen) and has a long lead time due to being from an overseas manufacturer. 2. The motor and the main cover are still functioning without any issues. 4. A single grinder uses 12 hammers (all are worn to a similar extent).

In the raw material transport line that performs high-speed pneumatic conveying, there is a problem with the short lifespan of hoses, and we have adopted wear-resistant hoses with ceramic beads embedded in the inner surface. Although the hose body has significantly extended its lifespan by 2 to 3 times, localized wear at the connection with the fittings has become an issue. Issues: 1. The rubber section with embedded ceramic beads is lined on the inner surface of the hose up to the fitting's mouth, causing the conveyed materials to come into contact with the rubber lining cross-section. The inner diameter of the rubber lining with embedded ceramic beads is smaller than that of the existing piping. 2. The conveyed materials that come into contact with the hose wear against the rubber section behind the ceramic beads, causing the ceramic beads to detach and exposing the connection fittings. As a result, the lifespan of the connection section is significantly shorter compared to the hose body. 3. By increasing the wear resistance near the connection fittings, we can extend the overall lifespan of the hose.
