With a newly designed paint nozzle and air cap that integrate three technologies, we achieve uniform particle size while maintaining paint ejection volume and micro-particle generation. 1. Differences from Air Volume Regulators Air volume regulators generally have a needle mechanism that adjusts the gap through which air passes, thereby regulating the air volume. As a result, the air volume changes due to the air passing through a constant gap in response to pressure fluctuations. In contrast, regulators use a diaphragm mechanism to maintain a constant pressure against fluctuations in the source pressure, allowing for consistent air volume and enabling painting at a stable pressure, which stabilizes painting conditions. 4. Button Battery Operated It turns ON when detecting pressure above 0.02MPa and turns OFF at pressures below 0.02MPa, ensuring a safe design. If the power remains on, the battery will deplete in two weeks.

The FINER2 Plus, which has evolved further from the highly praised FINER2, has re-evaluated everything from the basic design to incorporate user needs while improving performance in terms of particle size, coating efficiency, and operability. It retains the adjustable range that allows for everything from touch-ups to block painting, which was well-received in the FINER2. Through the new design of the air cap and paint nozzle, even finer particle size has been achieved. It is optimal for metallic and pearl bases, contributing to the reduction of unevenness and stripes. It can also be used without issues on solid bases. This pattern setting is ideal for users who maintain a medium distance (approximately 150-200 mm) from the painted surface.
